Beyond transformation and operational leadership, he supports selected organizations with export market development and international expansion initiatives, acting as an advisor or commercial agent depending on the mandate. This includes market validation, buyer identification, commercial structuring, and early-stage execution aligned with operational capacity.
From integrating a $500M acquisition to turning around stalled digital programs, reengineering commercial and operational models across 80+ countries, his work consistently connects strategy to action and measurable impact.
Known for a real-world operator’s mindset, Mathieu steps in to lead from within, restoring clarity, rebuilding momentum, and aligning execution with business priorities.
He holds an MBA, is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and is certified as a PMP and PMI-ACP.
