Facing a downturn in the global fur market, NAFA was under pressure to reduce costs and regain operational control. The company operated with high overhead across three siloed sites, underperforming investments, and outdated processes. A key IT system intended to support field coordination had stalled, and the Wild Fur division lacked a viable strategy. Leadership needed fast action to cut costs, improve productivity, and restore execution discipline across the business.

What I led:

As a Transformation Consultant – Strategy & Operations, I was brought in to help NAFA cut costs and restore operational focus during a market downturn. I worked with the CFO and business leaders to review costs, streamline workflows, and restructure field operations using Lean Six Sigma tools. I also rescued a stalled IT project and led its rollout, enabling digital coordination across fur collection sites for the first time.
